developed their own custom control panel software,
which is called the Member Operations Center or
"OPS". It offers lots of features and has a good

However, when faced with this custom developed
control panel over the widely accepted CPanel or
Plesk, you quickly realize that it is not the
easiest panel to set up and use. There are
components that do not come installed and the
